How to Manifest with Angels

What would you like to manifest?

Relationship, money, health, career, or ???

Call upon your angels anytime you need assistance. When you call upon the angels, you must also be ready to give them the issue completely. You can do this by either writing it down on a piece of paper or journal, or by simply speaking directly to them.

1) What would you like to manifest?

2) Write down as many details as possible. You can go back and adjust these if you would like. When writing, make sure you are stating in the present now, such as: “I HAVE” or “I OWN” a 3 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and many trees in the backyard. Do not write or say statement like, I am “GOING TO GET,” or A house is “COMING” – otherwise, they will not manifest because they are “going to” or “coming,” and not here right now.

3) Detach yourself completely from your desired manifestation. Give it to the angels. picture yourself handing it, washing your hands of it, and thank the angels.

4) Your job is to visualize what you desire, and FEEL as if you have it. Picture yourself with your manifestation, and how it is making you feel.

5) And most important: KNOW that it is being delivered! It isn’t for you to know HOW it will happen, just KNOW that it is here for you now. Believe me when I tell you, it most likely will not be delivered in ways you ever would expect… so let it go, and let the angels take care of it!

6) Lastly, do not ask the angels over and over again to help you with the manifestation. They will hear your request the first time, and they do not need to be reminded several times a day, every day of the week. If you continually ask, it is a sign that you have not “given it to the angels” and “detached.” You can however, ask them for the strength and guidance you need in keeping up yourself detached from the problem, and keeping your trust and faith in your angel's ability to help you.

7) What do the angels desire in return for all their help? A simple, “thank you” is all! Please remember to thank your angels often.

Sometimes we wonder, "What did I do to deserve this?" or "Why did God have to do this to me?" Here is a wonderful explanation!

A daughter is telling her Mother how everything is going wrong, she's failing algebra, her boyfriend broke up with her and her best friend is moving away.

Meanwhile, her Mother is baking a cake and asks her daughter if she would like a snack, and the daughter says,

"Absolutely Mom, I love your cake."

“Here, have some cooking oil," her Mother offers.

"Yuck" says her daughter.

"How about a couple raw eggs?"

"Gross, Mom!"

"Would you like some flour then? Or maybe baking soda?"

"Mom, those are all yucky!"

To which the mother replies: "Yes, all those things seem bad all by themselves. But when they are put together in the right way, they make a wonderfully delicious cake!

God works the same way. Many times we wonder why He would let us go through such bad and difficult times. But God knows that when He puts these things all in His order, they always work for good! We just have to trust Him and, eventually, they will all make something wonderful!

God is crazy about you. He sends you flowers every spring and a sunrise every morning.

Whenever you want to talk, He'll listen. He can live anywhere in the universe, and He chose your heart.”

I Can't Tell Stories of Shortage and Experience Abundance. . .

Continuing to tell stories of shortage only continues to contradict your desire for abundance, and you cannot have it both ways: You cannot focus upon unwanted and receive wanted. You cannot focus upon stories about money that make you feel uncomfortable and allow into your experience what makes you feel comfortable. A different story will bring different results: My thoughts are the basis for the attraction of all things that I consider to be good, which includes enough money, and health, for my comfort and joy.

Children, you are all my mystery.... as I look at you through my eyes, with no filters or judgements I wait with wonder as I watch you play out your magnificence. Yes, you are all magnificent in my eyes. As I gaze upon you and peer into your lives I look with wonder and am in awe at the inspiration you provide for me. I watch silently as you leap over boulders and climb mountains, that you call obstacles, problems, situations. From here I can see that they are not obstacles, problems, situations -- rather learning, understanding, and many lessons on living compassion and humility.

My beautiful children, there is nothing that can harm you more than your own mind, your thoughts. That is where you build these mountains that you feel you can no longer climb, that tire you to the very core of your being. My sweet ones, you have all the answers. Trust in yourself, and your ability to be flexible, see situations through the eyes of another, and not always be so set in your ways, judgements and hurried words that slip through your lips without a second breath to think before speaking. Breathe, yes take in a nice deep breath, and another. Feel your body begin to slow down. The edginess slowly begins to shed from your body. Breath again, and this time breath even deeper. Allowing the air to fill your entire body, and then fully release that breath. With only a few conscious breaths, your energy begins to shift to a cleaner, relaxed space. Breathe.

I put my hand on your heart. Clearing your heart and filling it with our Father's love and compassion. Feel it vibrate and drink in the pure love that is always here for you. Your heart expands and drinks. Your continued breathing assists in flooding the love into your entire being. Breath it in, drink it in. Feel a calmness envelop you.

I put my hand on your throat, as to soothe your words, judgements and hostilities. That only words of love, healing and compassion may release from your mouth. That you remember to breathe and become calm before responding without thought.

I put my hand on your head to clear and clean your thoughts, and any static energy that is creating any confusion, misunderstandings, and open you up to hearing your divine guidance with ease, understanding and clarity. To help you in keeping your head clear of static so you can see, hear and know the truth that only love is real.

I stand with my mother, Mary, we look upon you with so much love. We truly have faith and confidence in each and every one of you. You are our joy, our happiness and you fill our hearts with compassion. You are all amazing, and we treasure you so very deeply. As we stand here many angels come in and surround us. Together our energies vibrate and sing beautiful melodies. Do you hear it? We are basking in it, as we vibrate in harmony.

Remember everyone, the Full Moon is time for release! Release any fears around your manifestations!!

So if you are manifesting love, money, or??? You would say statements like:

I release any fears I may have in regards to receiving love (money, or whatever it is you are manifesting).

You say or write these affirmations of releasing fears until the next New Moon. When the New Moon comes, you write or say statements in the positive now: I am loved! Money flows to constantly!! or whatever you are manifesting.

Archangel Michael - Our Next Steps on Manifesting!

Good morning beautiful bountiful blissful proniac billionaires!


Thought I'd check in before getting too far into my day. Lots to get done - paperwork - calling the paperwork angels!!!


Archangel Michael has some words of wisdom for us on manifesting today. We are ALL manifesting at record speeds these days. I think of something, and it manifests - so many times this happens that it amazes me. When Rick and I were driving through the giant redwoods I had felt a lot of bear energy around. There are bears up there, and I had told Rick that I have been wanting to see a bear in nature for about a year now. Now I know they are scary, but for some reason, I really really really want to see one. I told Rick that I'd better watch my thoughts, because I think things and they happen right away. So I said that I would like to see a bear up in a tree (high up there ). At one point we got out of the car to walk through the giant redwoods - everything was giant, even the clovers! It was the most magical place I had felt in my life perhaps. Anyway, Rick goes, "Please don't manifest a bear now!" I laughed, but inside I knew he was right!

This brings me to what I wanted to toss around here today... manifesting - FAST... we ALL are manifesting VERY quickly... more quickly than I have ever experienced before. It is the energy we are in, along with our own personal spiritual growth and ascension. It is imperative that everyone learn how to really have complete trust and faith - right NOW - which helps hugely in reducing or eliminating fear... with the total combination of all of these things, you can EASILY manifest the life of your dreams. What I have been told is that the only things that stand in our way are things like lack of trust and faith, and fear. So if you have been manifesting something, and you haven't seen it yet -- it is time to do some inner soul searching on any issues around trust, faith and fear. When you identify something, then ask - what are you REALLY afraid of? Don't stop there, look beneath that fear and find the real deep fear. It may be buried several fears down, so don't stop until you pinpoint it. You will probably find it has nothing to do with the actual thing you are manifesting, but the fear is very valid and is standing in your way. Work on it and heal it so you don't have it blocking you anymore.

I've been told that it is time for us to get real, stop sitting on our stumps (that sounds funny), and get busy with clearing this stuff, find our trust and faith and live our trust and faith - every single day, every single moment. When you start slipping, you have to recognize it right away and turn your thoughts around. And, to complete the process you have to be consistent and persistent!! Stay on yourself every single day to keep yourself reallllly open to manifesting.

The answers are within us, and if we are serious about creating our beautiful lives, we have to get busy and do our part so the Universe can deliver - NOW. So if you feel stuck in an important area of manifesting - there is no time like the present to find those fears, doubts, and lack of trust and faith and kick ourselves into high gear and up your anty! Come on pronoiacs - we've come this far - let's get into gear and just DO it!!

Remeber, when we ask to remove blocks from our lives we might have a release. Release comes in many ways, anger, fear, judgement, sadness, irritability, and sometimes even laugther (I like that one). So if you start working on your issues and you start experiencing these emotions, please remember that usually when something is moving out, as it surfaces we see it. Acknowledge that you are releasing, be gentle with yourself, and allow it to leave, rather than get caught back into the drama of it and burying back within - yikes! Feel it and let it go - once and or all! Many times to allow a manifestiion to come into your life you have let go of the dense energy that has stopped it from coming to begin with. And, if it is a big thing, you may have to release big time! So remember that when you are releasing there is probably a very good chance it is because you are asking for something in your manifestation. Remember to connect the release to the manifestation so you can let go of the dense energy easier and faster.

OK!! I felt guided to share this with you... and now I will go work on my own! Life has been really awesome, and I have been manifesting like crazy so I am extremely grateful for that.. but there is always something! What's yours?

Let's shift into action pronoiacs.... we already have and we are taking it to higher levels NOW!

Here are some more helpful hints for your manifesting pronoiac journey!!


1. Remember when you are feeling fear, doubt, or any of those feelings - quickly turn your focus to your ultimate dreams!! That will bring the vibration into your being to help you attract what you really desire, not what you don't!

2. Remember what Archangel Michael said if you are feeling down, off or whatever... think of one thing that totally brings joy to your body, mind and spirit ~ for me that is So find that one thing that does it for you, so whenever you feel off you can immediately access your joy just by thinking of that one thing.

3. I was reading this book the other day --- hmmmm... I think that is where I got this, don't really remember now! But, anyway, it is SIMPLE!

WHAT YOU DESIRE TO ATTRACT MORE OF IN YOUR LIFE -- YOU MUST GIVE!!!

So... If you desire:

love - give love.

freedom - give freedom.

friends - be a friend.

joy - give joy.

money - give money.

Whatever it is you desire to bring into your life - give it!

... and yes, this sounds so simplistic, and it really is... if you are feeling lack you withhold giving, because you are afraid you won't have... and that vibration that you hold is - lack - and when you hold lack energy - you receive lack energy. Instead - freely give -... and in the case of money, if you feel you don't have any to give, that is when you probably need to give the most, because it is stopping your flow. Think of a charity or a person whether they need it or not -- even if it is $25 -- something -- give -- and give freely with love... and it will open you up to the energy of receiving freely with love!! Does that make sense? But, you have to do it on a regular basis if you really wish to receive on a regular basis.

And also... remember, whatever you give - give it with love and happiness.


I have some other great tips to share with you all, but haven't finished taxes yet - so I need to get busy and get them done today!

Inspired Actions in the NOW

Hi all you BEAUTIFUL AWE-MAZING PRONOIAC FRIENDS!!!

ll about Archangel Michael the other day. Saturday I was going to have an angel workshop, and on Friday night we had some plumbing problems, had to call the plumber at night because our whole bathroom was blocked up, and once he left I had to finish up laundry. So by the time I was going to bed it was 3 AM... I had to get up at 5:30 AM -- I set my alarm to I'd be sure to wake up, and asked AA Raphael and Jesus to do a healing on me as I slept so when I woke up I'd feel very rested and ready for my day... ok, so I drifted off to sleep - and fell into a deep sleep... next thing you know - I heard so loud and clear a man's voice: "Cindy, Wake up... it is 5:30 and your alarm is going off." I heard it so clear (I'll never forget it), that it startled me out of my sleep, I opened my eyes and looked at the clock and it was exactly 5:30, but no alarm was going off!! hahahaha.... omgosh... I was like, huh?? I looked at Rick and he was sound asleep... and I realized it was Archangel Michael waking me up -- and this is the first time I ever heard his voice speak out loud to me!!! It was SO COOL!!!! I'm getting chills now as I'm typing this. Thank you AA Michael!!! Anyway, I wanted to share that with you!




I've been a busy little butterfly this morning!


I had a wonderful meditation this morning aligning my energy with my manifestations ~~ and in the process received some wonderful inspiration to plan my next Mt. Shasta Heart Healing Journey and I had been inspired last week to plan my next Angel Energy Practitioner Course in Maui. So I am planning that one too. I love being inspired and taking inspired actions!! It makes work so FUN-tastic!! I LOVE LIVING my inspiration every day as much as possible! It has made a huge difference in my life since I committed to doing this. Life feels smooth, in sync and I feel sooooo IN-Spirit! I'm floating with the angels and I FEEEEEELLLLL GOOD!!

What makes your Heart Sing?

What makes your Heart Sing?

If money, time, and education weren't issue what would you do with rest of your life?

What did you want to be when you grew up? Think back to when you were a child. What were your hopes, and dreams? Did you want to be an artist? A writer? A singer? A dancer?

All your childhood hopes and dreams can truly help you live the life of your dreams. What was your favorite thing to do as a child? What made your heart sing?

My favorite thing to do as a child was to play school. I loved teaching my imaginary class. I would stand up in front of my make believe class, take attendance, give tests, and teach. I loved playing school. My second love was writing. From the time I learned to write I was writing stories and making books out of construction paper. I would read these books to my pretend students.

Then I grew up and got married, had my children and forgot about the dreams of my youth. Then one day I was reading a book and when I wasn't happy with the way the book ended. I decided I could write a better ending. So I sat down and wrote a better ending. I've always been a stickler for a happy ending or "happily ever after".

Everyday after I put my two children on the school bus I would spend my days writing. The stories just poured. I was amazed at just how many stories came to me. Writing made my heart sing!

Then I had my third child and put my writing aside to raise her, and by now I was working full time after many years of being a stay at home mom. I forgot all about my writing. I felt unfullfilled but didn't know why. I had a wonderful husband, three great kids, yet I felt like there was something missing in my life.

A life altering event caused me to review my life, and ask myself, What am I going to do with the rest of my life? Then one day I heard someone say "Do what makes your heart sing?"
Hmmm...what makes my heart sing? I thought about my hopes and dreams of my childhood.

I started writing again. I felt so inspired and wrote a book for my youngest daughter. I kept writing tucking away all my stories in a tote. As much as I loved writing I felt drawn to go to college. A dream I had put on the shelf, when I got married young. I knew college would always be option later. So I didn't regret my decision.

So at 40 I started college. I'm now happily a teacher, one of my dreams from childhood. I'm also writing again. The stories still flow and I know its only a matter of time before I'm a published author!

Doing what makes your heart sing is amazing ~ my heart sings ~ Let your heart sing too!

Just wanted to check in one more time for the day... I had a great time doing healings, cleaning my house - yes, lots of great cleaning!, and finished my evening with my wonderful meditation circle helping everyone to connect with their guides. It was so powerful!! Me and my assistants really did a great job of playing my crystal singing bowls, drumming, using bells and rattles for the ultimate experience!! It was transcending!! So uplifting! and... even I had fun connecting with my own guides during the process. One of my guides was an amazing goddess with an abundance of gold and jewels... she reminded me of a cross between Lakshmi and Isis... Lakshmi for all the gold, and Isis for the magical manifesting powers. She was wonderful and now I'm going to work very closely with her. I'm excited!!


Everyone loved the music that we channeled during the meditation and everyone had great insights and experiences... I love my Thursday night gatherings, because we always do something cool and different... and it is always such a blast!


So now I'm in my amazing living room -- watching the fire burn down and looking out at our gorgeous view of our city, the SF Bay and San Francisco and I'm just in awe and at such blissful peace!! I just wanted to send some of this energy to this post... and now, I will go connect again with my guide!

The things that we would be asking ourselves is, "What proportion of my day am I in vibrational harmony with my desires, which means, how much of my day am I happy, glad, eager, fulfilled, satisfied, complimentary? And what percentage of my day am I ornery, irritated, frustrated, or blaming?" And you don't have to do 100%, you don't have to do 90%, you don't have to do 80%. If you could even get around 55% feeling better, than not feeling so good -- you'd have significant movement in what begins to happen in your experience.

I have a lot of work to do, and I am excited to get to it and finish it. I love not having work hanging over my head ~~ procrastination is so OLD MATRIX!!! Get up, get going, get focused and get excited... because, when all the "work" is done.... it opens my energy up to receive more of the good stuff I love like:


- New opportunities

- Time with loved ones

- Time for hikes (I miss this SO much!!)

- More quiet moments to receive more inspiration!

Manifesting With The Energy Of Love

One of the easiest ways to help your manifestations along is to live in the energy of LOVE & JOY.

When we come from love, with our requests for intervention, or in thanks of gratitude for our receiving, we are in sync with the energy of the Universe.

And when we imagine our greatest hopes, in all of their magnificent reality, and allow ourselves to really get caught up with that excitable feeling in our tummy, we are experiencing the feeling known as JOY!!

It is really important to allow yourself to dwell in this awesome feeling, imagining our wildest dreams becoming our reality, because JOY is the energy which the Universe uses to carry our dreams back to us.

This is HOW our dreams BECOME our reality.

First, you dream about it. In full detail and colour. Picture your dream life. There are no limitations. What would you be doing? Where would you live? How does your life flow?

Next, soak in the images in your mind's eye and notice how this makes you feel.

Now really connect with the feelings of happiness and allow them to grow into feelings of joy, and finally ALLOW YOURSELF to feel really excited because this IS your new life.

Now let that go. Release the dream along with the energy of joy!!!
The dream is your letter to the Universe, and the Joy is like the postage stamp that delivers it!!

How Much of Your Busy-ness is Driven by Inspiration?

G D Morning Abundantly Blessed Millionaire and Billionaire Pronoiacs!


I have a busy day ahead of me, but wanted to check in before I got going to add another boost of pronoia energy to thread and for all of you!


So as I was thinking, what should I share as my inspired action today ~~ I thought about my busy schedule and it occurred to me... there are times that if we have too much in our schedule we may not have time to take inspired actions. That was a bummer of a thought... so I thought, well, I guess that means that whatever we busy ourselves with better be inspiring then! If I was truthful, I'd say about 3/4 of what I am busy with today is inspiring... I guess that's not bad ~~ but, something to ponder for sure!! Time to rethink and realign... I desire to FEEL GOOD and be in the flow of INSPIRATION AND INSPIRED ACTIONS... asking the angels to help me realign to this place! I love being in the flow of inspiration - always!

Just now I was thinking about mundane things like, cleaning the house ~~ honestly, even that is inspired action for me! I actually enjoy cleaning my house, because it gives it a fresh, clean look and energy! And, I know that everyone that enters the door goes - W W ~ when they see my house.

Meditation inspires me and inspires me into action.

... the 1/4 I am doing today that doesn't feel inspiring I have to re-think and re-align...

This morning I was asking the angels for inspiration today… to help me stay in the flow of leading my life through inspirational thoughts and actions. My mediation felt so good as I saw millions of angels surrounding me and supporting me. It was BLISS!

I’m off to get things done and setting my intention to FEEL GOOD and to FEEL INSPIRED… sounds like a great way to start the day!

Today is Saturday in my part of the world, and I feel all tingly today~ I mean, I'm sitting here at the computer reading these great posts and I feel my skin tingling and tingling... when I tingle in this way it is usually angel's confirming a message or there is a huge energy is shift going and I'm feeling it.... today my tingles feel like they are an energy shift! That means, things must be changing again in our world. The good thing is when I feel this it is always a change for the better... yay! I'll have to wait and see what unfolds for me today and keep close attention to my angels for any messages. Yay!!


I have been feeling so inspired recently ~ well, of course I have since I made the conscious decision to live and lead my life from a place of inspiration! It was inspiration that drove me to create the Pronoiacs Blog... we have been participating in Pronoia for some time together, and being inspired to put this up in a public place to share it with the world makes me feel even more inspired, because raising awareness for more people to share in LIVING abundance consciousness is a great way to be of service. It FEELS good!


There's an idea! Let's commit to FEELING GOOD today - no matter what! If something starts to tug you out of your joy, quickly remind yourself - I ONLY FEEL GOOD TODAY... and give anything that is less than good to the angels to take to the light until it is clearly out of sight!

Ask...Desire...Believe...Receive...

Have you ever wondered why things come easily to some people and not so easy to you?
It's all a matter of your thoughts. If you have limited visions for yourself, thats what you will draw to you.

The Universe will bring to you what you think you deserve. So how to you change this? Its easy, by your thoughts, your words, your desires.

Try this ~ Ask for what you want, Desire it, Believe it is possible, Receive be open to receving.
ASK...DESIRE...BELIEVE...RECEIVE...

Start with simple things at first until you feel comfortable with your new mind set. Ask for a parking spot close to the door of a store while your shopping. Desire this, believe there is a close space just waiting for you. Receive with joy and gratitude as that perfect cloose spot is just waiting there for you.

Once you see how this works. You will feel more confident to move on to bigger things. Nothing is too big! The Universe wants us to have everything we desire.

If you feel doubt creeping in to your mind say ~ "The universe hears all my desires and is happy to bless me with them".

Its that easy ~ Manifest all the desires of your heart.

Expectant Living

If you really want to change your life, there is more to it than thinking positive thoughts. You must live your life, on a daily basis, as though you expect to have, be or do, specific things.

We all can think of being rich, or having the soulmate of our dreams, but the key to the actual ‘being or having’ is to live your life as though you already have what it is you want..

You don’t want to spend your life dreaming and wanting it, for that is all you will ever do. Be that thing now…. And this is what you shall be!

In my reality, I know that I am already a billions-aire, (that I am just catching up to this status), so I sat down and thought about what it would be like, to live in that lifestyle, and I started making some changes.

For a start, I decided that a billions-aire would not wear comfy cotton undies…. so I have taken to buying myself a nice set of underwear every couple of weeks.

I also decided that a billions-aire would not drive around in her car with old wrappers, scrunched up receipts or their children’s dead socks lying all over the place, and now I clean and vacuum my car weekly.

So in my mind, I am making changes to show the Universe that I am a billions-aire.
I am getting ready to live this lifestyle now. I’m not dreaming about something I’m not
expecting to ever happen.

It is an amazing exercise to start expecting good things to happen to you.

I know a couple who always make statements such as ‘bad things always happen to us’ or
‘that’s just our bad luck’, and yes they always catch whatever bug is going around, their
electrical appliances always break down, just out of warranty and they do seem to always have
a bad run with things.

What sorts of statements do you make about your life?

I am the complete opposite. I always live in the energy of expecting the very best outcome
for me, and my family in everything I say and do. I always expect to have the very
best of health, opportunities and end results. And I do.

What I have discovered, to my joy, is that if something doesn’t work out the way I had hoped, within a few days, something much better shows up for me.
This too, I expect.

Some of my most used statements are:

Money comes to me quickly and easily.

I am surrounded by good, only good things happen to me.

I am healthy, wealthy and wise.

My Divine Good comes to me in wonderful and unexpected ways.


So for you, today, I set up this challenge.

What would your life be like if you expected only the best outcome in everything you do?

What if you got that car park right outside the store, or if you were to buy exactly what you need for a discounted price. If you got the job you are pinning your hopes on, or a lucky break at every turn.

How wonderful would your life be, or could your life be?

But maybe we are a step ahead of ourselves.
What if you were to try it just for today, and see how that feels?

And if it works today, and then tomorrow, and the next day, and the next …….

Before you know it, you too, will be living your own exciting life where all your dreams come true.

And why wait for this glorious day, start living it now! Like you expect it!

Let's Talk a Bit About Inspiration :D

Let's talk a bit about Inspiration...


Since my post a few days ago on Inspiration, I have made a conscious decision to lead my life through INSPIRED ACTIONS ONLY. So that means not only in my actions in what I do, but also my actions in my thoughts and how I allow or not allow them to move me emotionally and mentally. An example would be, you know and someone else knows that they are being guided to do something, but they are slipping away from their guidance and the first thing that would occur to me is -- hey! say what?! (lol) And, the thoughts -- she isn't going to do this or that? What is wrong with her? Why is she changing her mind? That kind of stuff. Well, something like that came up for me the other night, and I went home and was thinking about it and that I was going to call her, and I thought -- well, wait a minute... thinking this way and feeling this way and calling her about it -- all of these things don't feel inspiring to me! So I stepped back and thought about it a little more and said to myself, well, this is not inspiring at all, so I am letting it go. I am only living my life through inspired actions, thoughts and feelings, and this is clearing going away from anything inspiring. I am not going to allow myself to move away from my inspired state of being. I let it go.


So with everything that comes up for me now, I ask myself - is this inspiring to me? Is this keeping me in my inspiration or moving me away from my inspiration? I let the things go like a hot potato if they are moving me away from my inspiration, and basking in the situation if it keeps me IN my inspiration.... oh, bliss!! This makes life so much easier!


I want to suggest that you all give this a go for at least a week and share with us here how it has helped you, or what you've experienced. I think this 'INSPIRATION EXPERIMENT' will prove to be a wonderful activity!

... I tell ya, I was asking and asking for answers, and I was led to these messages...

Today, I had the most amazing meditation as I sat with God - it was sooooo amazing... more amazing than ever. I was thinking I would try to do it on youtube to share with you all if you're interested.... we'll see if I am inspired to do it!


Then... I was proofing my book, and realized as I read there were stories in there that were definitely inspiration driven!! I would read and go because, each time I would come across an inspiration driven action I would write something like: I didn't know why I was doing it, and really didn't know what I was moving towards or going after -- I just found myself doing it... stuff like that!! AND - when I did those inspired actions it always led me to the place I desired or better!! I was like, WOW -- I was being INSPIRED!!! COOLNESS!!!!!

........ well, more than ever I feel inspired to start writing my next book, and I feel I can't because I haven't fully proofed my other book yet, but I can hardly hold myself back!! oy!!!

ok.... off to live my inspired life some more!

Inspiration & Plant Your Seeds - Per Archangel Michael!!

Hi EVERYONE,

Ok, ok... listen up! I've had Archangel Michael working with me quite a bit this weekend, as when Saturday rolled around I had some pressing questions. Well, he showed up Saturday night around 9 PM in my bedroom and was standing in the corner. I was asking him my questions, and I really didn't feel I was getting answers... well, even though it was early and I wasn't tired at all, I started feeling my body vibrating all over and I knew it was the angels working with me, I began to get really relaxed and enjoy my vibrational bliss and I know I was conversing with them, but have no recollection of what any of it was.... before I knew it I was in a very deep meditative state and then sleep.

About 2 hours later, I woke up! Uh? How can that be? I mean - awake - like, I am not tired at all awake... just as I was feeling before the angels started working on me. So I laid there and laid there - the tv was on, and I was thinking, hmmmm... what should I do... it is late and I'm just wide awake. So I thought, hmmmm.... I could go eat! hehehehe.... but, I really didn't want to eat so I didn't. Then I got up went to the bathroom and decided to go in the office and get on my computer. I did that for about 10 minutes and went back to bed.

I noticed AA Michael was still there, and then I started flipping through the channels. Well, I flip on the PBS channel and there is Wayne Dyer (I just adore everything about him and his messages!) and he was talking about his book, Inspiration. I thought, well this is timely!! I have been being guided since January to re-read this book. I loved reading it the first time, and I just hadn't had the time to go back and re-read it. Well, I knew this was a definite sign, and I was SO happy to see Wayne on tv talking about inspiration, and I knew it was divinely instructed. It was AA Michael answering some of my questions that I had asked earlier in the evening. At that point I knew that he had woken me up to see the program. I was so happy, because I needed a spiritual upliftment, and I knew he could do it with his messages. And, I was really amazed that he was talking about Inspiration, because he is usually promoting his Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life book these days (always talking on his current masterpiece). I REALLY NEEDED TO HEAR HIS MESSAGES ON - INSPIRATION - SO I WAS THRILLED!! Thanks angels!

I just wanted to share some quotes with you that stuck out in his program and also some things from his book that I feel can help all of us live an inspired life:

- Motivation vs. Inspiration

It's important to note that whatever is needed to fulfill our calling is part of the present process. Arthur Miller, who was perhaps the most accomplished dramatist in the U.S., is an example of a man who knew this. In an interview late in his life, he was asked, "Are you working on a new play?" Mr. Miller's answer went something like this: "I don't know if I am or not, but I probably am." This delightful response suggests that Miller's writing came from inspiration - that is, something other than ego spurred him on.

By contrast, highly motivated people have a kind of ego determination driving them over obstacle and toward goals - nothing

If motivation is grabbing an idea and carrying it through to an acceptable conclusion, then inspiration is the reverse. When we're in the grip of inspiration, and idea has taken hold of us from the invisible reality of Spirit. Something that seems to come from afar, where we allow ourselves to be moved by a force that's more powerful than our ego and all of its illusions, is inspiration. And being in-Spirit is the place where we connect to the invisible reality that ultimately directs us toward our calling. Often we can identify these inspired times by their insistence, and because they seem not to make sense while at the same time they keep appearing in our consciousness.

If we ignore inspiration's powerful attraction, the result is personal discomfort or a sense of disconnection from ourselves. For any number of reasons, we might be resistant when we feel called to create, perform, visit a foreign place, meet someone, express ourselves, help another, or be a part of a cause. Inspiration is a calling to proceed even though we're unsure of goals or achievements - it may even insist that we go in the direction of uncharted territory.

Throughout various stages of life, inspiration is the thought or idea reconnecting us to the energy we were part of prior to becoming a microscopic particle. I call this "surrendering to our destiny and allowing ourselves to hear the call." At this point we can differentiate between the demands of our ego and those of the ego-dominated people and institutions that deflect us from the call of inspiration. AS we move more deeply into Spirit, we cease to be guided by the ego demands of others or ourselves. We surrender to the always-present force that urges us to be in this blissful state of inspiration. We're guided by our ultimate calling, which is truly our life purpose.

- When I'm in-Spirit, I have a feeling of contentment, but more than this, I experience joy. I'm able to receive the vibrational energies of my Source - call them voices, messages, silent reminders, invisible suggestions, or what have you, but they're vibrations of energy that I'm able to align with as I get myself out of the way.

- I've learned to remove resistance to the free flow of this spiritual energy by reminding myself to align with it, or to be in-Spirit in my thoughts and expectations.

- The Universe is NICE! (When we think of the Universe as a hard place, it is going to be hard! If you think of it as nice, it will respond nicely!)

- Change Your expectations for yourself - expect the best, expect guidance, expect your fortunes to change, expect a miracle!

- In order to put to rest any question regarding our personal right to live an inspired life, we must claim our divinity. The fundamental truth each of us needs to affirm is: I am a Divine creation. All creation has purpose. I am here to be like God.

- Inspiration isn't what we receive from what we do - it's what we bring to our actions. In other words, when we're living in-Spirit, we can feel inspired doing anything. Our job is to stay connected to our spiritual essence, rather than looking for a position that we think will provide us with that connection. When we feel confused about what we should do to feel inspired, it's time to go to a quiet place.... where we can be alone with God.

Basically, we have two choices for meeting any problem that seems to be blocking us from the bliss of inspiration. The first choice is the way of frailty, in which we assure ourselves that we're weak and incapable. Frustration, grief, fears, and tears are the hallmarks of this choice, wherein we attempt to cure a wrong with another wrong. The frailty method multiplies tensions by focusing on what's missing, and often invites the advice of others in an attempt to resolve our inner tension and lack of inspiration.

The second choice is to go within and know that at our core, beyond all physical and mental factors, there resides the Spirit that's always connected to God. Any problem, and I emphasize any problem, represents our inability to consciously connect to our Source in the moment. With a conscious connection, we don't seek the advice of others, we seek information - so our decisions are made between ourselves and our Creator. We frequently have quiet interchanges with God, and we know and trust that spiritual guidance is available as an alignment of energy.

When we feel uninspired, we recognize that we need to make a vibrational adjustment that puts our thoughts and behaviors back in alignment with the desire to be inspired. Then when this realignment takes place, we can laugh at the folly of seeking something outside of ourselves (such as an activity or job) to inspire us. By simply realigning and harmonizing with Spirit, we let inspiration blossom in the field of harmony.

- When we make the decision to become a being of sharing, and practice keeping our thoughts harmonized with Spirit energy on a daily basis, our purpose will not only find us, it will chase after us where we go. Since we've become aligned with our Creator, we won't be able to escape it. You see, when we live as much of life as possible in God-realization, nothing can go wrong. What and who we need will surface, and we'll notice that we can't escape feeling that something much greater than our individual life is at work within and around us.

- The greater our desire, the more horsepower we'll apply to its fulfillment. This is what true asking is: a plea for the assistance to put into practice that which matches up with our desires. The more intense our desires, the greater the measure of love going into our asking and our labor will be - and coming in contact with love is the very essence of Spirit and inspiration. Weak desire will attract doubt and weakness, which will cause us to experience monotony and drudgery in our efforts. With monotony, we'll give up, but with love, we'll be available to abundant hope.

- The desire to find our way to inspiration involves creating a vision of living in-Spirit 100 percent of the time. Even if we don't have a clue what we should be doing or what our mission is, we need to practice creating this vision anyway. Our inner picture has to be based on our intention to feel good, which is of course synonymous with feeling God.

If we make this an inner mantra: I intend to feel good, we can picture ourselves experiencing joy regardless of what is going on around us. WE can remind ourselves that whatever we desire is on its way, in amounts greater than ever imagined. If we keep this vision uppermost in mind, then before long, the All-Creating Source will conspire to bring our vision into our physical life (sounds like pronoia to me! ). Most important, we'll begin to act on our vision and receive Divine guidance.

- Small steps will activate matching vibrations to what you desire. So if you want to live close to nature, plan a visit to the place of your dreams and take the small steps to experience what it feels like (this is the point I was making about living as millionaires and billionaires through out this pronoia thread.) If you can't or won't do that, or if you aren't ready to go yet, you can read books or rent movies in order to have the experience vicariously. But be alert to the vibrational energy of thought and action that you offer Spirit.

- Instead of goals, make the commitment to live joyfully in the moment. Stop dreaming about the future and get back to the only thing any of us have: now. Decide to live fully in the present, withdrawing attention from past and future. Your desire for inspiration activates the world of Spirit from which you came. Your imagined future, the stuff of goals, is an unnecessary way of squandering the present moment. Being in the now is the way to remove anxiety, stress, and even some illnesses.

- Make an affirmation that whatever brings passion, enthusiasm, and inspiration to you is on its way. Say it often: It is on its way, it will arrive on time, and it will arrive in greater amounts than I imagined. The look for even the tiniest clue that will help you be a vibrational match with your affirmation. You'll get what you think about, whether you want it or not!

- There's no way to be in-Spirit without a changed awareness - so when we accomplish this, we give ourselves the gift of moving from being flawed, limited, lacking, and imperfect to being completely comfortable with our magnificence.

- Make a deliberate decision to spend more time in the presence of those whom you're most closely aligned to in-Spirit. This means seeking out "higher-vibrational people" and avoiding those who reflect more ego-oriented behavior patterns. Keep in mind that higher spiritual energies nullify your lower tendencies, while also converting you to more in-Spirit frequencies. Use your own inner hunches to determine if you're in the right places with the right people: If you feel good in their presence, meaning that you feel inspired to be a better and more joyful person, then these are right for you. If, on the other hand, you feel more anxious, depressed and uninspired, and you can't wait to get away because of conflict, then these are not going to be sources of inspiration for you.

Ok, so that was really long -- but, I asked AA Michael to guide me to put what would help us most right now.

So... on with my story... so I watched a lot of the Wayne Dyer program and eventually fell asleep. The next morning I woke up and AA Michael was still standing there... still seemingly - wordless - if you know what I mean. I mean, he wasn't talking as he usually does, but rather standing back, making his appearance obvious, but a man of few words!

Well, Rick turns on the tv again and this time we find ourselves back on PBS, this time with Daniel G. Amen, M.D., author of, Change Your Brain, Change Your Life. Ok, the first thing that caught my attention is that one of my favorite books by Wayne Dyer is, Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life.... and I was thinking - wow, that is almost the same title. Anyway, his program was really interesting, and he spoke about the brain, and different parts of the brain and when people act like this or that, which part of the brain they are dominant in and how it is affecting them and the way their behavior and thinking is, and how to bring yourself to a healthy brain state. Wow, there was so much insight in this show. I am going to order that book.

So again, I knew this was AA Michael guiding me to see this show too... and what I thought about later was he was answering me, not in a verbal way, but by leading me to these two shows that gave me great insight. My final conclusion on the answer from AA Michael on my questions was in short version: I have to live a more inspired life and change my brain! Oh brother! I don't know if that message made me feel great, but ok, I'll do it.

The one thing that keeps standing out for me is living an inspired life, and allowing inspiration to move me, guide me, lead me, flow through me, and taking inspired actions. I am definitely going to put my best effort to working on this... I know it is the way... ok, now for my brain issue! : I guess mainly I need to feed my brain with healthy brain food for now... when I get the book I'll look more deeply into this.

Ok, as if this post isn't long enough already, I just wanted to pass on a message from AA Michael that he has been telling me for a few weeks.


It is time to get busy and plant the seeds of your desires. He said that January - March is the time for this, and it is super important to get this done NOW since we are well into March. April brings Spring, and this will be the start of our seeds sprouting... manifest with the seasons, and you will be in alignment of how to plant, grow and receive our manifestations.

... so get out in the garden and plant Pronoiacs!!!

I Receive Millions Every Single Day!

So I woke up this morning saying this affirmation:


I RECEIVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS EVERY SINGLE DAY...


.... AND APPARENTLY, ARCHANGEL MICHAEL ASKED ME TO CHANGE IT... AND I HEARD...


I RECEIVE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS EVERY SINGLE DAY!


Well, that caught my attention... and so I was repeating it and feeling how my body felt when I said it, and then went back to the "thousands a day" and found that the "thousands" affirmation felt more limiting in my energy!! So I kept affirming the "millions" affirmation. Each time I'd try to say the "thousands" one, I'd hear AA Michael loudly saying "MILLIONS!!!" OOOKKK!!!! So I stuck with the MILLIONS!!!


I went on to think about something I heard in the news last night. They were talking about how Steve Gates in no longer the richest man in the world...


A quote from an article:

"Despite being worth $58 billion, $2 billion more than last year, Gates is now just the world's third-richest person, ceding the top spot ranking to his good friend and partner in philanthropy, Warren Buffett, whose net worth jumped $10 billion to $62 billion. So I heard that last night, and when I was working with AA Michael this morning on my affirmation, I was pondering the thought -- just HOW DO YOU MAKE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS LIKE THAT??? I mean, that is a LOT of MONEY!!! I was like --- it take how many MILLIONS to even make a BILLION!!! Oh, I get excited just thinking about this! It is crazy cool, ain't it?!!!


.... AND... looking at the beginning statement of the quote above, "... Despite being worth $58 billion, $2 billion more than last year...." AND "... Warren Buffett, whose net worth jumped $10 billion to $62 billion..." AND "... Carlos Slim Helú, whose fortune has doubled in just two years to $60 billion..."

OMGOSH!!!! Now THAT is REALLY CRAZY COOOOLNESS!!

Good Vibrations


Feelings vibrate, just as all things in the universe do, at a particular frequency. Negative feelings like anger, guilt, and depression vibrate at low frequencies, while positive feelings like joy, appreciation, and passion vibrate at high frequencies. These high frequency vibrations make us feel good. This is why people and places that inspire and cultivate positive feelings have what we call good vibrations.

Good vibrations inspire health, happiness, and optimism. When we are tuned in to good vibrations, our bodies heal, our hearts open, and our minds shift toward the light. We see new possibilities and feel powerfully energized to follow our inner visions. At the same time, we feel relaxed and capable of manifesting these visions without giving in to stress or struggle. Good vibrations put us in a state of perfect receptivity so that we feel it is the energy flowing through us that accomplishes what needs to be done. We feel guided, supported, protected, and nourished within this joyful flow. We sometimes forget that we are allowed to feel this way all the time.

Lower frequency vibrations are not bad in a moral sense, but they are bad in the sense that they simply don't feel good. Still, they have a purpose, which is to alert us to the fact that we are blocking out the higher frequency vibrations that we need to function well. They are a call for healing ourselves from within. The key to our healing lies in remembering that it is our birthright to feel good and that feeling good is the essence of our true nature. When we are receiving and sending out good vibrations, we are in the flow. When we are not, we can begin to raise our vibration by seeking out people, places, and situations that vibrate at a higher frequency. Whether we need to go on retreat or just call a friend who makes us laugh, seeking out those good vibrations and basking in them is a sacred and loving practice that returns us, time and again, to the joyful flow of the universe.

Looking in Two Directions at the Same Time!

I have noticed people who are affirming a millionaire lifestyle, then quickly after mention something that they are in fear about. I just wanted to say that this is what I refer to as: Looking in two directions at the same time. Meaning, on one hand they are affirming their abundance, while in the other hand they are affirming lack.

It is really hard to manifest when looking in two directions at the same time, because it basically keeps you stuck in the middle (or the same place that you are already in).

I am not saying that we should just cover up our fears with affirmations (although it is better than not!). We have to look at our fears and deal with him at some point so we can put them at rest. Then start up with your clear and focused affirmations and keep yourself in them completely... if fear comes up, say - soooo old matrix and ask AA Michael to remove it. Continuing to make it your present reality only manifests more.

Last night before I went to bed Jesus came in to talk to me. I've been really upset for the past few days. I asked him what I should do. He pointed out to the distance, and what I saw was this beautiful crystal castle lit up with all different colors. I couldn't see the whole thing, as there were mountains in front of it, but I could see quite a bit as it was tall and the colors were amazing. He said, "THAT is where you are heading! All those things you are manifesting. If you knew that it was right there and you are making your way towards it, would you waste your time being caught up in this drama?" I said, "No... I wouldn't!" He said, "If you were a multi-millionaire, would you be dealing with this situation differently?" Oops - busted! I said, "Yes." He said, "Then don't allow yourself to get caught up in this drama! It is serving as a roadblock and getting in the way of your progress. Take your power back and just keep doing your work and moving forward, no matter what." I said, "But, what do I do when someone is constantly wanting to argue and upset me?" He said, "Ignore them, and keep working! See your crystal castle? Just keep your eyes on that and keep moving forward. Don't allow someone else's drama to consume your life and time."

Wow... even though I know these things, having Jesus point out that crystal castle and showing me that it is right there and that is where I am getting towards, it made all the difference in the world. I am soooo grateful for his words last night. I am definitely taking them to heart and moving forward in my work!! I will no longer allow someone to consume my energy in a negative way. My crystal castle awaits me, and I intend to get there no matter what someone else's problem is!

So, I hope this helps you... I've just been getting messages for you for the last few weeks in regards to looking in 2 directions at the same time, so I had to stop and post.

Difficult Times

It can be very challenging to maintain a positive attitude and a measure of faith when you are in the midst of difficult times. This is partly because we tend to think that if the universe loves us we will experience that love in the form of positive circumstances. However, we are like children, and the universe is our wise mother who knows what our souls need to thrive better than we do. Just as a young child does not benefit from getting everything she wants, we also benefit from times of constriction and difficulty to help us grow and learn. If we keep this in mind, and continue to trust that we are loved even when things are hard, it helps us bear the difficult time with grace.

This period of time in history is full of difficulty for a lot of human beings, and you may feel less alone knowing you are not being singled out. There are extreme energy changes pulsing through the universe at every level and, of course, we are all part of the growing process and the growing pains. It helps if we remember that life is one phase after another and that this difficult time will inevitably give way to something new and different. When we feel overwhelmed we can comfort ourselves with the wise saying: This too shall pass.

At the same time, if you truly feel that nothing is going right for you, its never a bad idea to examine your life and see if there are some changes you can make to alleviate some of the difficulty. Gently and compassionately exploring the areas giving you the most trouble may reveal things you are holding onto and need to release: unprocessed emotions, unresolved transitions, or negative ways of looking at yourself or reality. As you take responsibility for the things you can change, you can more easily surrender to the things you cant, remembering all the while that this phase will, without doubt, give way to another.

I keep hearing in the last few days - Enjoy the Journey!!


I know this is no new phrase, but really - when you look at your every day life, are you enjoying the journey?


It seems many people get caught up on living their days looking at the future (or behind them) and wondering when or how things will fall into place for them. As you live your daily life, are you always waiting for your manifestations in order to be happy, find peace, joy and love? Remembering, Archangel Michael says to LIVE your manifestations every day in some way, and they have to fall into place. If every day you sit there not happy, because your manifestations and dreams don't seem to be manifesting, you are putting that energy out, and the Universe IS responding - giving you more of the same... not happy because your manifestations and dreams don't seem to manifest!


This is where "enjoy the journey" comes in. Remembering that EVERYTHING is ALWAYS in DIVINE TIMING... and enjoying each day and each moment as you follow your daily journey called, life.


If you aren't enjoying your life each day because you feel you are lacking something that will bring you joy, happiness, love, peace, etc.... then you are only manifesting more lack of these things.


Do things each day... even if it is ONE SMALL STEP towards ACTIVELY LIVING YOUR DREAMS, and you ARE ALREADY LIVING YOUR DREAMS!!

One way to start is by finding a blessing from every situation and every day that we live. All experiences do deliver some sort of blessing, and when we can spend a little time finding that blessing, it is sure to bring gratitude, and a shift in energy... and before you know it - you ARE ENJOYING YOUR JOURNEY!

Life will accommodate you in any way that you choose. Life is always listening to the silent requests of your heart and mind. Life is always surveying the landscape of your heart, gathering the bits and pieces of the emotions buried there. Life is always monitoring the activity of your tongue, checking for ruins and sacred elements. Life knows that your mind, heart and mouth will produce the requests of your consciousness even when you are not aware of it.

Life can be an open book through which you can learn about great mysteries and wonders. Or life can be a mysterious and frightening pit through which you fear to tread. Or life can be an open basket into which you can place your treasures, in which you can carry abundant blessings. Or life can be a locked trunk from which you can retrieve or receive nothing. Life can be a journey or a struggle. A paradise or a prison. A calm sea or a turbulent ocean. It's all up to you. Life will accommodate whatever you choose, exactly the way you choose. And, whether or not you believe it, what you have in your life right now is a function of your own requests! Some of those requests you made openly. Others you made silently. Doesn't matter! Life is very accommodating, and the minute your requests change, your life will follow suit.

Thoughts, Expectations Are NOT Enough!

I wanted to share an email I recently sent a friend who said that she is holding good thoughts, etc., but just isn't happy, just - nothing - and nothing is going on... and she asked for Archangel Michael to be more specific on what she should do... I wanted to share the insight of this email I replied with, because it keeps coming up... people keep asking me to ask the angels what they should be doing.... you may or may not find value in this, but it is worth the post:


Re: Keeping good thoughts and expectations - it is NOT enough! You have to LIVE right now what you are manifesting... please read pronoia thread pages: 19 - to the end... we really have to do our homework every day and constantly check to see if we are making the decisions we would make at any given time if living a life as a millionaire for example.. it isn't only about affirming and staying positive - it is about taking steps every day to keep you in that space...

Yes, wouldn't it be nice to put it in the angels hands and ask them - what should I do??? We all know they can't answer that million dollar question for us - that is part of our journey and free will... what we need to do is just start doing - something - anything - steps every day towards going towards something or somewhere. We can't stand idol, saying affirmations and waiting for the big one to plop on our laps!! If we aren't moving - nothing moves.

Another thing is, people screw up when they think they have to have everything figured out before they start moving... and the truth is, I don't know how many times I've actually thought I had things all figured out and started taking steps only to find out it really wasn't what I wanted... BUT I got somewhere and those steps led me to figure out what I did want... to find out I had to adjust and re-align once again... see where I'm going? What I thought I wanted a month ago is not here anymore!!! It is crazy... but we have to keep up with it all and keep adjusting and re-aligning and along the way awesome things manifest for us.

So think of something that would bring you so much joy and start taking action and steps... you can even ask for "guided action" or "guided steps" but you have to put it out there first, start taking steps towards it - baby steps are good enough, so they know how to help you!!

In the last few months of 2007 I have spoken with you much about releasing your old matrix and living your new matrix. By now you are getting good at recognizing thoughts and beliefs that are soooo old matrix, releasing them to the light for transmutation, and reaffirming your soooo new matrix. This work has not gone unnoticed, and we are delighted with how hard many of you have been working at staying in alignment. Rest assured, this hard work was worth it. Training yourself to consciously stay in full alignment can be a life lesson for so many, and many of you are on the way to mastering this. With all of this prep work you will be thrilled to see with the next step I give you will assist you in allowing the new energies of 2008 to deliver faster than ever!

Today is a new day, a new year, and it is time for you to anchor in your manifesting light - now.

Your next step is easy: Anchoring your manifesting light


- Each morning before getting out of bed and before you go to sleep at night, call in your angels asking them to connect you with the purest highest energy of our Creator.

- Think of whatever it is that you are manifesting in your life right now.

- Feel and/or visualize a big, strong, vibrant out-pouring of light heading from Creator straight down to you.

- This amazing manifesting light continually infusing you and every cell within your being with the energy of your manifestation light.

- Merge with this manifesting light, become One with it in all ways. When you become it, you are it!

- As you continue to work with anchoring the manifesting light within you, affirm your manifestation, visualize your affirmation in neon lights flowing within your manifesting light, allowing it to become brighter and more vibrant with the manifesting energy building each time you do this.

- You are aglow! You are shining so bright that the Universe is seeing your signal loud and clear! You will be attracting the brighter and stronger your glow is!

It is up to you to consciously be aware of your thought patterns. If you haven't been living your new matrix, and wish for changes in your lives, it is time to start living your new matrix NOW.

Call on your angels, and allow them to assist you in creating the lives you've dreamed of....

Remember these very important steps:

1. Live Your New Matrix. That means making the commitment to actively live the life of your desires now, not "when." That means making choices that you would make having the life you wish to live now, not from a place of lacking or not having it "yet."

2. Continually watch your thoughts to ensure you are in alignment with living your new matrix.

3. Anchor your manifesting light within you each morning and night, and through out the day as you remember. The more you do this, the stronger it becomes.

4. Allow yourself the gift of knowing that manifesting is always easy.... relax and allow - always. The Universe is hearing you!

What Does YOUR Millionaire Life Look Like?

Since I channeled this message I have been really putting serious thought into this whole thing. I had some other thoughts on "how to live like a millionaire and things I could do in my daily life."


One big one is - which each decision or action you take, ask yourself, would a millionaire make the same choice? This is a BIG one, and I was doing that yesterday. I think this is important. The other thing I was thinking when I looked at AA Michael's list is, those are things that everyone could be doing regardless of millionaire or not - which means we are no different than a millionaire... it is just having the mindset that you are one. Another very important thing is not so much following AA Michael's list, although it is wonderful, but write out:

- Now that you ARE a millionaire, what does YOUR life look like?

- What is important to you?

- What are you doing as in your daily life?

- How do you handle decisions and actions?

- What is your energy like?


Take the answers to these questions and now write your list of things you can incorporate into your every day life to live your life as a millionaire - in your own perfect way!


So I will be doing this today!!

Live like the seasons... sometimes we need to just be warm and cozy in our own space for down time. Honor your feelings, making yourself your priority. And, now... Archangel Michael...


A Special Message from Archangel Michael

Open your hearts, dear ones, as you are riding a transitional shift right now. It has been building for several months, and now you are at a place where some intentional work is to be done on your part to finally shift through this phase. This last year has been about learning and healing past issues that have stood in your way for lifetimes. Yes, I say, lifetimes. This means they are deep rooted issues that have come up now for final resolution. If you have noticed the things you have gone through this last year in particular, there are probably issues that have been difficult for you to get through - to resolve - to end, once and for all! These are probably old issues that you are really tired of having in your life, whether they have to do with abundance, relationship, and do we ever hear about "money" up in this angelic realm!

Let's take a moment to talk about money since this is something that weighs heavily on so many of you precious souls. Money is energy, just like anything else in the world. Everything is energy, tables, cars, thoughts, emotions... the energy just vibrates at slower or faster levels, and the trick is to match the vibration of the energy you are desiring to attract in your life to draw it to you. Nothing is unreachable!! Look at the things that you easily draw into your life. Most likely the things you are drawing into your life with ease are things that you have abundance of and that you continue to receive without effort. That is because you are easily matching this energy! If there are things you are desiring to draw into your life and you are having difficulty manifesting it, it is because you are not matching the energy.

In the scenario of lack of money... you are carrying the energy of "lack of money." Do you get where we are going with this? When you receive abundance of gifts from people, all year around, for example, various trinkets, flowers, dinners, books, compliments, love, you name it, you receive it - that is because you are carrying the energy that you can receive these things easily and effortlessly. You don't worry about if you are going to manifest these gifts if they are easily coming to you. They just show up unexpectedly! Exactly! You are not holding "lack of receiving gifts" energy!! It is just something that happens when it happens, and it is all perfect when it does happen. You are grateful, and you let it go. Before you know it, you receive another gift! Do you see the pattern? Change your thoughts and energy towards money, and money will begin being delivered into your life too! Now, we are using the scenario of money here, but it applies to anything you are desiring, career, relationships, health, whatever it is you are seeking.

How do you match the energy of money? How do you rid the "lack of money" energy? You LIVE the energy of of money!!

Oh, there is much pain for many of you right now around this issue. Hold tight, dear ones, and take a deep breath, all is well. Remember, you are all part of the Divine One-ness, and because of that it is your absolute right to be taken care in all ways. If one person is rich, you are rich also. No one person is more entitled than another. It is time for you to claim your God-given right to full abundance in your life now. God never plays favorites, and this my children you must learn and incorporate into your knowingness. Feel your energy right now, do you feel a tightening in your body? Your stomach? Your throat? Where are you feeling tightness in your body? Ask yourself, why are you feeling this way? And, believe whatever it is that comes to your head first. Ask me to help you to remove this tightness, as it is a block to your abundance. Working with me, I ask you to breath in a deep breath and as you release that breath allow me to take this block and transmute it to the light. Keep doing this until you feel the tightness gone. Whenever you are feeling this way, call on me and together we will release these blocks.

Back to the questions of how do you match the energy of money, and rid the "lack of money" energy... yes, you "live" the energy of money. You do not sit and wait for it to arrive, for if you are waiting for it to arrive, you are sending out the message of: I don't have money, but I am waiting for it. That message translates into "lack of money" - you don't have it. This is an important point. Instead you want to live like you have money. You may ask how you do that if you don't have it. First, you turn that phase around. So instead of saying, "I don't have money." You affirm "I have money - lots of it!" You can even affirm, "I am a millionaire!" Affirm these statements as often as you can during your day. The next step is to start living like you have lots of money and are a millionaire. Think about this a bit. What things can you do to actively be living as a millionaire?

Get a piece of paper and really put some thought to this. You may think that if you are a millionaire you just go around spending money? Perhaps there is some of this, however, millionaires do not just sit around spending money. They do other things that don't necessarily require money - and they are still millionaires! Let's think of some other things that millionaires might be doing that YOU can do right now too. In addition, let's phrase it like each of you are saying these statements to yourself, and doing them in your millionaire style life right now. It is time to make this real for you!

1. I relax knowing that all my needs are always taken care of.
2. I take time to relax and enjoy my life.
3. I take time to enjoy the blessings small or large that come into my life.
4. I enjoy going outside and having fun by myself or with friends, in nature.
5. I plan for a beautiful trip to a special place.
6. I am a priority, and take care of myself first, body, mind and spirit.
7. I give love freely and openly.
8. I offer a helping hand to others, because I want to.
9. My life is filled with wonderful experiences and opportunities.
10. I honor myself and love who I am.
11. I feel grateful for all wonderful things in my life.
12. My home is my sanctuary where I relax and recharge.
13. I take time to encourage others that are drawn my way.
14. I smile at everyone that meets my eyes.
15. I am free to be me.
16. I take time to stop and feel peace in my life.
17. I take time to call someone every day just to say, "I love you."
18. I take time to look in my loved ones eyes and say, "I love you."
19. I treat myself special, because I am special.
20. I celebrate other's successes.

What a beautiful millionaire you are!!

The list can go on. There are so many ways to live like a millionaire right now! When you honor yourself, give to yourself and others on a daily basis, you are opening up your energy to receive and life flows. When you give, you always receive, and there is no room for lack energy. These are some things that you can begin incorporating into your life as regular habits, that do not include "needing" money to put the energy towards. While saying your affirmation, "I am a millionaire and loving every moment of it!" Then doing things every day to "live as a millionaire," you are "already a millionaire" and you will be "matching the energy of a millionaire" and guess what - *cha ching!* Watch that millionaire life delivered to you just like the other gifts you easily receive with ease. Release the fight and struggle to get there, BE THERE and IT IS THERE.

Spend time looking at your list daily to add more ways to live a life of a millionaire, and more importantly, make sure you are doing them every day. At the end of the day, write down in a journal or notebook what you did in living the life of a millionaire. It is great to do this with a friend so you both can assist each other in staying in alignment. Watch your thoughts! Are your thoughts in alignment with millionaire energy? If not, take that thought and turn it around immediately to match the energy of a millionaire.

Yes, it is time to focus your intentions now towards whatever you are desiring to draw into your life. Take the examples we have used here and apply it to your ULTIMATE goal. LIVE YOUR ULTIMATE GOAL AND LIVE IT LARGE!!! Stop looking at it as a "goal" and start "living" it NOW. Remember, if it is a "goal," you are putting out the energy that you do not have it yet!! LIVE IT AND YOU DO HAVE IT!!!

Call on me or any of your angels to help you with this, and to assist you in staying in complete alignment. Put energy every day into living your desired life. Look at your list, add to it, watch your thoughts, and adjust and upgrade them as necessary. Eliminate the things in your life that do not support the life you are desiring. You can do this with some daily focused intention. Allowing the old to shift out once and for all.

Lightworker Syndrome... interesting concept!

It had a lot to think about. I don't think I have any of it, because I am clearing stepping out, but felt like I had something to learn from the article. I knew I had to find a piece in there that was going to go - ZING!

I kept the article up on my browers for a week - and then one day I was going through it again, and found this paragraph. I think it benefits soooooo many...

Here is the paragraph:


"... The major turning point for me occurred when I finally surrendered and said, Enough already! I'm done with living small. I'm tired of dealing with one pointless crisis after another. I know this isn't what I came here to do. I don't know if I can handle what might happen if I tap into my real potential, but I cant accept going my whole life without finding out. So I'm going for it. If I go broke, I go broke. But if I go this route in good faith, the universe had damned well better back me up.

I have to credit the results of the past two years to that decision. Thats what cured me of Lightworker Syndrome. Once I experienced the inner shift, I entered that positive spiral where my connectedness and groundedness supported each other beautifully. Attracting more money and a larger audience just means I have a greater capacity to give. And I'm always finding new ways for my connectedness and groundedness to move into better harmony with each other..."
